Program Objectives
1Objective of this course is to covers the detail on designing a workcell, Creating mechanisms, Simulation of entire plant and Optimization process.
2Familiarized with the RobCAD interface System. Expertise in the creation of Workcell Expertise in the creation of Operations. Hands on Experience in every activities. Well understanding about working process of Workcell
3Knowledge about how process will happens in industry.,create a Robot and defining links and joints to the robot, Basic Modelling tools. Participants will get the knowledge on creating a SOP.
4Familiarized with the RobCAD advanced modelling Tools. o Expertise in the creation 2D and 3D models o Creating and simulating cranks mechanism, Create a Robot and defining links and joints to the special mechanism
5Expertise in the creation 2D and 3D models Creating and simulating cranks mechanism. Create a Robot and defining links and joints to the special mechanism. Generating Attributes. Defining a Gun and its properties o Finally they can generate reports.
Outcome of the Course
Participant will be able to Model a Part/Components ,apply kinematics to modelled part,create worcell using placement commands and create sop using Robcad software. |

1.Design and development of a food packing station. 2.Design and development of loading and unloading job in the CNC machine station. 3.Design and optimization of a Wheel assembly station. |
