This Lab imparts the student’s / industry personnel would be taught about CNC
program and Operating of 2 Axis Turning Machine and 3 or 5 Axis Milling Machines.
Manufacturing is the final stage of Product life cycle. This involves the development
of product from design to Manufacturing process. This tab is occupied with MaxTurn Plus
Turning Machine and MaxMill Plus Milling Machine

MAXTURN Plus :
Application: Job shops, tool rooms, automotive component production, medical
component, general engineering, etc
MAXTURN+ Series is 2 Axis Slant Bed Lathe Turning center with 8 Station
Programmable Turret, built with Siemens Industrial control. This lathe offers BTP 63
turret and hydraulic chuck of 165 mm. The machine is constructed on a mono block
casting, rigid structure with extended triangular faces for accuracy, stability and free
from twist and torsion.

MAXMILL Plus + Series:
Application: Job shops, tool rooms, automotive component production, die & mould
makers, general engineering, agricultural machinery, manifold & valve
manufacturers, etc.
MAXMILL++ series is 3 to 5 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centre with industrial
control options of Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi. This BT40 machine is offered 20-
station arm-type ATC. The Machine is controlled by Siemens 828D . MAXMILL++
series includes standard features such as full guarding, flood coolant and ability to
work with standard CAM packages.
